Skinny French is not obligated to monitor Registrant Content but reserves the right to do so at its sole discretion. We are not responsible for the accuracy, integrity, or quality of user-submitted content and cannot guarantee that offensive or inappropriate material will not appear. We may edit, remove, refuse to post, or take other actions regarding content, without notice, and may disclose any relevant information as required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Skinny French, our users, and service providers.

Any claim or cause of action arising from or related to your use of the Site must be filed within one (1) year of when such claim arose, or it will be forever barred.

By agreeing to this arbitration clause, you understand that you are giving up your right to bring a lawsuit in court or to have a jury decide your case. You agree that this Agreement may be automatically assigned by Skinny French (Buildrighthub Inc.), at our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a corporate acquisition, sale, or other transfer. Section titles and headings are for convenience only and do not limit the scope or intent of any section.
Our failure to enforce any part of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of any of our rights.
